4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to purchased courses.
- All sales are final unless they meet our refund criteria below.

Original Content
Ensure content is original and doesn't violate copyright
Student Support
Offer reasonable support and respond professionally
Accuracy
Provide accurate course descriptions
Updates
Update content when needed
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may NOT:
Harassment
Harass instructors or other students
Hacking
Disrupt platform or unauthorized access
Illegal Content
Upload harmful or illegal content
5. Intellectual Property
All content on SkillFusion—including videos, assignments, branding, UI, logos, and systems—is protected by copyright.
- Copy, record, or redistribute course content
- Sell or share any material outside the Platform
- Claim ownership of instructor content
Instructors retain full ownership of their original course content but grant SkillFusion a non-exclusive license to host and distribute it.
8. Student Terms
Course Access
When a student enrolls:
- They receive lifetime access (except in cases of force majeure or platform shutdown)
- They can access updates added by instructors
- Share login credentials
- Record or redistribute videos
- Share assignments publicly
Certificates
Certificates from SkillFusion:
- Are provided only after completing required assignments
- Are not government licenses
- Are for educational and portfolio use only
9. Privacy & Data
